The Racecourse Estate combines natural beauty with spacious group accommodation — landscaped gardens, generous indoor living areas, and room for up to 25 overnight guests to relax and enjoy the stay.
Inside, you'll find three separate living areas, including a large upstairs rumpus room ideal for kids, movie nights, getting ready, or quiet downtime. The fully-equipped kitchen has a walk-in pantry, coffee machine, electric oven and cooktop, dishwasher, and a full range of cookware and crockery.
Outside, the expansive gardens are ideal for photos, fresh air, and relaxed outdoor time. A huge covered entertainer's deck holds a gas BBQ and dining setup, and the backyard is fully fenced — safe for kids and easy to enjoy in any weather.
A note on noise: Out of respect for our neighbours, please keep noise levels low after 9pm and stop by 10pm. Outdoor portable toilets and add-ons (BBQ, fire pit) available on request.

The main-house rate starts from $450 per night for up to 5 guests. Weekend nights are $650 per night. Extra guests over 5 are $50 per person, per night.
A $300 cleaning fee applies to each stay, and a $500 deposit is required with confirmation. Stays of 7+ nights receive a 20% long-stay discount before cleaning and deposit.

Send your dates through the booking form and the host will confirm availability, pricing, house rules, and any event or group-stay requirements directly. No payment is taken on this website.

Heads up: The Studio mentioned elsewhere on the site is a separate space at our Belleview / Jacksons Hill address, not here at Racecourse.
You’ll be staying in someone’s home, so please treat it with care and respect.
Guest limit: Main-house bookings include up to 5 guests in the base price. Extra guests must be approved before arrival and are charged at $50 per extra guest, per night. Maximum guest numbers depend on the approved property setup.
Property care: Please keep shoes off indoors where possible, report damages immediately, do not move furniture unless approved, wash and put away dishes, and return the property to its original condition.
Checkout checklist: Leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture, remove rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, A/C, lights, close windows and doors, lock the property, and return keys as instructed.
Fees and fines: Lost keys / emergency key delivery may start from $100. Excessive cleaning may be charged from $500. Indoor smoking may attract a $500 fee. Dirty-property cleaning may be charged up to $1,000. BBQ cleaning may be charged at $100 if the BBQ is not left clean.
Visitors: Visitors not listed on the reservation need prior approval. Local guests should contact the host before booking.
