No. The form is an enquiry. Your booking is confirmed after the host replies and the required deposit/payment step is completed.

The host will send payment instructions by email after confirming the dates and total. Main houses use a $500 deposit, and the Studio uses a $300 deposit.

Events may be approved before arrival depending on the property, guest count, dates, and setup. Event cleaning or setup fees may apply. Please mention the event in your enquiry.

No pets are currently allowed unless the host gives written approval before booking.

Standard check-in is after 3:00pm and checkout is before 10:00am. Any early check-in or late checkout needs host approval.
