Pricing: Racecourse and Belleview / Jacksons Hill main houses are $450 weekdays for up to 5 guests, $650 weekends for up to 5 guests, +$50 per extra guest per night over 5, $300 cleaning, $500 deposit, and 20% off 7+ nights. Studio is $90 weeknights, $120 weekends, $50 cleaning, $300 deposit, and 10% off 7+ nights.
