Stay 01 — The Main House
The hilltop main house
The Belleview / Jacksons Hill Main House is the larger stay in the Jacksons Hill / Belleview Drive area: a spacious hilltop home with broad city and countryside views, three living areas, a fully equipped kitchen, gardens, a covered entertainer’s deck, and flexible bedding for families or larger groups.
For smaller groups the standard setup uses the main bedrooms and living areas; for larger groups, extra beds and mattresses can be arranged. Send your preferred dates through the booking form and the host will confirm the correct setup, availability, and total directly.
Setup note: This house has multiple Airbnb listing configurations. Use the direct enquiry to confirm whether your stay needs the standard 6-bedroom setup or the larger event/group setup for maximum 30 guests.
Main house pricing: $450 weekdays for up to 5 guests, $650 weekends for up to 5 guests. Extra guests over 5 are $50 per person per night. Maximum occupancy is 30 guests. $300 cleaning, $500 deposit, 20% off stays of 7+ nights.

Stay 02 — The Studio
The private Belleview Studio
A self-contained studio on the side of the Belleview house, set up for up to four guests with two queen beds, a private bathroom, kitchenette essentials, fast Wi‑Fi, and peaceful hill views. Studio pricing starts from $90 per night, with weekends nights at $120. The studio has its own entry and does not include access to the main house backyard or playground.
Studio pricing: $90 weeknights, $120 weekends, $50 cleaning fee, $300 deposit, and 10% off stays of 7+ nights.

The studio is at the same Belleview / Jacksons Hill address but is booked as an independent stay. The driveway is shared, while the studio entry, room, bathroom, and kitchenette area are private to studio guests.
Additional rules
Guest limit: Main-house bookings include up to 5 guests in the base price. Extra guests must be approved before arrival and are charged at $50 per extra guest, per night. Studio bookings are for up to 4 guests only.
Property care: Please keep shoes off indoors where possible, report damages immediately, do not move furniture unless approved, wash and put away dishes, and return the property to its original condition.
Checkout checklist: Leave beds unmade, clean and put away dishes, return moved furniture, remove rubbish to the correct bins, turn off appliances, A/C, lights, close windows and doors, lock the property, and return keys as instructed.
Fees and fines: Lost keys / emergency key delivery may start from $100. Excessive cleaning may be charged from $500. Indoor smoking may attract a $500 fee. Dirty-property cleaning may be charged up to $1,000. BBQ cleaning may be charged at $100 if the BBQ is not left clean.
Visitors: Visitors not listed on the reservation need prior approval. Local guests should contact the host before booking.
