Pricing: Racecourse, Winilba Road and Belleview / Jacksons Hill main houses are $450 weekdays and $650 weekends for up to 5 guests. Extra guests over 5 are $50 per person per night. Cleaning fee is $300, deposit is $500, and stays of 7+ nights receive 20% off the stay rate.
